Yes, we do! In fact, the majority of our customers are wholesale.
Create your Wholesale account now. Remember to select “wholesale” as your account type during set-up. We require a paper copy of your state resale license for our files before your second purchase. You can mail it, scan & email it, or fax it.
Due to a recent & lengthy audit we are strict about collecting these documents. See “What is a Resale License” below for contact info.
Wholesale customers are in business selling jewelry. They have registered with their state as a wholesale business and are able to purchase materials at wholesale pricing and without paying sales tax on them.
The sales tax is paid later by a retail customer and passed to the State through the business they purchase from, which may or may not be the business that purchases from us.
Wholesale customers must meet a $100 order minimum for all orders, and retail customers have a $50 minimum for all orders.
To qualify as a wholesale business, you must fill in your state resale license number when setting up your on-line account. We also need a physical copy of your state resale license for our files. You can either mail it to us or scan and email it.
To see wholesale pricing you must create a wholesale account. Before creating a wholesale account everything you see is retail prices and policies.
A state resale license is issued by the state in which you do business and registers you as a wholesale business with your state tax agency. This permit is called different things in different states. For example, the California license is called a Seller’s Permit issued by the State Board of Equalization. In New York, it’s called a Certificate of Authority issued by the Department of Taxation and Finance.
A Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is not sufficient for setting up a wholesale account. We require the resale permit number issued by your State tax agency. If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, like Alaska or Oregon, we will accept your city business license. For international customers, the number of the business license you have in your country is sufficient.
Even if a wholesale customer is only selling their finished jewelry wholesale (and not retail, so therefore is not charging or collecting sales tax), we still require a wholesale customer to have resale license to make wholesale purchases.
For California wholesale customers, we need a signed copy of the Resale Certificate form in our office for wholesale accounts.

Wholesale prices are significantly discounted from retail pricing. Wholesale customers must provide a copy of their state resale permit and must meet a $100 order minimum per order.

Wholesale accounts are for customers that are in business making and selling jewelry. Our wholesale prices are based on processing orders of $100 or more. If we were to accept orders under $100, we would have to raise our wholesale prices.
We do allow each wholesale account a one-time-a-year opportunity to place an under the minimum order. Please call 1-800-336-6462 to arrange a one-time under minimum order.
Additionally, if you are a member of our Designers Circle, wholesale order minimums are waived.

The account type that you have when you are logged in – wholesale or retail – is printed on the top left corner of our website.
If you’ve already set up an account but did not enter your seller’s permit, please call our office so we can enter the necessary wholesale information into your account.
If you’ve set up a wholesale account and still see only retail pricing, please call our office at 1-800-336-6462.
Before creating & signing in to your wholesale account, our website will display retail pricing, policies, and discounts. Once you’ve created your type of account and are logged in, the website displays pricing and policies that match your account: retail policies for retail accounts and wholesale policies for wholesale accounts.
We have different pricing, discounts and policies for wholesale and retail customers. Some retail discounts, like free shipping on orders over $75, are not available for wholesale customers. Some wholesale information, like wholesale discounts, are not displayed if you are logged in as a retail customer.
We do offer wholesale discounts. Once you’ve created and logged into to the website with your wholesale account, wholesale discounts and policies will be displayed.
No, we do not extend terms (net 10, net 30, etc). Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or UPSCOD (check on delivery). We do not accept American Express.
International customers can set up a wholesale account by selecting the wholesale option during account creation. In the field that asks for the State Resale License, please enter the number of the business license you have in your country.
