Designing silver charms is one thing, making them easy to buy is another. We are constantly updating our website in search of the most user friendly experience possible. Some of the improvements are immediately obvious, as when we add videos or launch a blog, but many upgrades are made on the back end. For instance, this week we moved to a larger server, an enormous project that is invisible but will keep our site running smoothly with increasing content and visitors.
We listen closely to your comments and try to build solutions quickly. Recently, we have had requests for an Express Shopping template that would allow customers to quickly type in style numbers and quantities. We also heard that our silk cords and ribbons are tricky to order.

We have already improved the silk ordering process by adding an easy to use template where you can order all your colors at once. The Express Shopping feature is almost complete.

The server for your website is sooooooooooooo slow. Half of the time, the pages will just freeze and I have to exit and then log back in. I’ve used several computers to see if the problem was on my end, but they were all very slow. Everything else is great. I love your products! It’s just the slowness that is making me crazy. Thanks! Good suggestion. We will be rolling out a feature that keeps you on the shopping page even after you add an item to your cart. That should help. I will look into added the button as well.

We just upgraded our server so I am surprised to hear this. I would very much like to figure out what is causing the delays. Do you have problems with other graphic heavy sites or just with ours? What browser are you using? Are your computers new or older? I will pass your answers on to our tech team for further research. Thanks!

I would love to be able to shop by theme. For example, I’m going to order some yoga themed charms, but have to search for each thing (lotus, buddha,om,ganesh ) etc seperately. It would be nice if you had a spiritual collection tab where I could look at everything. Also, it took me the longest time to find your oms because the difference in spelling you use . Everything is great, though! thank you
