Wow! Wonderful video! Everything worked correctly; I use AOL 9.5, which in turn uses Internet Explorer 8, and you did an excellent job of posting your welcome video to your website. I do sometimes have problems using AOL, but not with this.

I watched the video and your comittment to your suppliers, your employees, your buyers and to the task of providing a quality product comes through so well. I had no problems with the video it worked well and was very clear. Your store is certainly at the top of my wish list, but I have never actually purchased anything yet. Hope to do so someday soon. Your video loaded and played perfectly, no problem. It’s very good, because people can hear and see your sincerity in explaining the processes of your designing and the actual production. Having been twice to Ubud myself, I like to tell my customers how they solder, using bellows from the treadles of old sewing machines. Incredible, the quality they get from the most primitive of equipment. Lately on my website, if I have used any of your components in a piece, I take the time to explain your Fair Wages principle; I think my customers are the kind of people who appreciate that. It played fine until about the middle and then it hesitated and continued to stream but I had to hit the play arrow twice before it went back to play smoothly. Could it be a problem with different speeds when editing? We have a very fast DSL so I know when comparing it to other videos this one plays fine except toward the middle. It is quite lovely otherwise.

PS: I tried both Firefox and IE (or Internet Evil as we call it at the Studio)same with either of them. Stuttered in the middle.

I am using Windows Explorer. The video loaded and played without a hitch. I have to say that it was also a well-produced and interesting introduction, and I enjoyed watching it. I love all that silver and blue jewelry featured in the video, especially the earring with the silver leaf component and the blue bead dangle.

Very nice video- the design process, how they are created, the quality, etc. is very inspirational. It worked great on Internet Explorer- I had no problems at all. It must be so fun to see your designs come to life.

The video was great! Not only did it run smoothly, but I enjoyed it too! Didn’t have any tech problems at all. I use Internet Explorer. Your site makes me want to buy things again, but I’ve been concentrating on making lampwork beads instead of jewelry lately. One of these days ….

I use Internet Explorer, and the video loaded quickly and played well. I’m a beginning jewelry maker, and came across your site quite by accident (googled ‘Bali Silver Beads’). Many of the designs on your site really speak to me – they are elegantly simple and beautiful. Even before seeing the video, one of the things that really appealed to me about your company is that you believe in fair trade practices and are willing to pay the Bali artisans a living wage. The quality of your products, the exquisite designs and the warm camaraderie of the women working with you was all very evident in the video. It’s a lovely tribute to the business you’ve built.

Your welcome video was beautiful, clear, didn’t buffer once. I’m using Window’s Internet Explorer 8, with Aol 9.5. I also watched your other video links, like the silver ceremony in Bali, which stuttered and buffered the whole way through. But it was so inspiring, and I loved seeing the Bali women work. It reminded me of how much I love being a designer, and making other women feel special and beautiful. The women keep this creative economy alive. Thanks for all your inspiration, Nina Designs is going to be a big part of my shop’s future. Keep the great videos coming!

I liked the video; it was informative, and gave me some “back story” about Nina and the company. The video played smoothly; however, Nina’s voice from 1:54-2:15 was really shaky. It sounded like she was nervous, but when the video showed her talking, she certainly didn’t look nervous. All in all, it was an excellent production. Thanks for sharing. =)

I enjoyed the video and even recognized a local artist from the Bay area! I am looking for a new vendor for vermeil (one with enough gold so that it will not wear off after just a few wearings) and I am looking forward to trying your wonderful designs. Thank you for fueling my passion!
I am using Mozilla Firefox v3.6.10 and the streaming functioned well. The video quality is great as well as the sound quality.

This is a beautifully crafted video! I viewed using Google Chrome 6.0 and Firefox 3.6.8, both on a Windows 7 OS. It loaded quickly and ran smoothly throughout. I found you at the Bead and Button show this year and am profoundly grateful for your fair trade practices and support of women artisans.

The video worked perfectly for me via Internet Explorer. I enjoyed the feel and personality of the piece. It inspired me to revisit my beading habit and buy lots of things on your website! I’m also a knitter and feeding both of my creative habits gets a little spendy…not to mention creating storage challenges! Thanks, though…I love your products.

I watched your welcome video & had several stops/starts (0.08, 1.45 & 1.52 into the video) but they were momentary and restarted automatically. thanks – I use Internet Explorer 7!
