Table Centerpieces

Bali Silver is known for its ornate decorative patterns of tiny granulation and wire filigree.  This opulent aesthetic is part of a wider tradition of ornamentation that can best be summed up as, “Leave No Surface Unadorned.”  A quick glance around my lodging in Ubud demonstrates this quite well.  The wood paneling is carved with a beautiful contrasting patterns, the bathroom doors have an intricate floral pattern and the table boasts a beautiful flower arrangement on a handmade woven base.  Even the statues are decorated!  No wonder I love this place.  Wherever I look I see gorgeous art.
