Have you just started planning your holiday jewelry projects only to realize that your silver jewelry findings are running low? Don’t worry. You’re not alone. We’ve answering a lot of questions regarding how quickly we can get orders out the door. Planning around holiday shipping schedules can be challenging. To make things easier you’ll find Nina Designs’ Holiday Shipping Schedule below.

NORMAL SHIP PROCESS: We process orders Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Though we try our best, depending on our order volume, your package may or may not go out the same day they are received. As long as we get them by 2pm Pacific Standard Time, expedited orders requesting UPS Overnight, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day will go out the same day they’re received. Orders requesting UPS Ground and USPS Priority are processed after expedited orders and then in the order they’re received.

Monday is always our busiest day with the order volume decreasing as the week progresses. This means that a UPS Ground order placed on Sunday may not ship until Tuesday or even Wednesday. Mondays are usually spent processing expedited shipping orders placed during the weekend. After expedited orders have been processed, we move on to UPS Ground and USPS Priority orders. Keep in mind this means any expedited orders placed on Monday might be processed before we get to a UPS ground order placed on Sunday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We are currently in the middle of our busy season. Though we are processing a high volume of orders everyday, we are not able to process all orders received the same day. Also keep in mind that UPS and USPS are moving a lot more packages during holiday season.

NOVEMBER HOLIDAY SHIP DATES:
Tuesday Nov. 23 is a NORMAL pick-up and delivery day for UPS.
Packages that are picked up from our office on this day with:
1) UPS Overnight will be delivered on Wednesday, Nov. 24.
2) UPS 2-day will be delivered on Friday, Nov. 26.

Wednesday Nov. 24 is a NORMAL pick-up and delivery day for UPS.
Packages that are picked up from our office on this day with:
1) UPS Overnight will be delivered on Friday, Nov. 26.
2) UPS 2-day will be delivered on Monday, Nov. 29.

Our office will be CLOSED Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26 in observance of Thanksgiving. No packages will be processed or leave our office on these days. UPS does NOT move any packages on Thanksgiving Thursday, Nov. 25th, nor any Ground packages on Friday, Nov 26th.

The month of December is very busy for us. We’re processing a high volume of orders. We always do our best to process your orders as quickly as we can, but there will be delays compared to the rest of the year. Expedited orders (UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight) received before 2 p.m. PST, will leave our office the day the orders are received. UPS Ground and US Priority Mail orders are processed after expedited orders, then in the order they’re received. This means they take longer to leave our office.

In addition, this is also Peak Season for UPS. While UPS continues to guarantee Overnight and 2-Day package delivery times during their Peak Season, they suspend this guarantee for all Ground and 3-Day packages picked up and scheduled for delivery between Dec. 13 – Dec 25. This means you can expect delays from UPS for all Ground and 3-Day packages during the Holiday Season. For details regarding UPS Year End Holiday Delivery Schedule, click here.

DECEMBER HOLIDAY SHIP DATES:
Thursday Dec. 23 is a NORMAL pick-up and delivery day for UPS. This is the last day we will be processing orders before Christmas Day. Packages that are picked up from our office on this day with:
1) UPS Overnight will be delivered on Friday, Dec. 24.
2) UPS 2-Day will be delivered on Monday, Dec. 27.

Our office will be CLOSED Friday, Dec. 24, 2010 through Jan. 2, 2011 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s. No packages will be processed or leave our office on these days. We will be back in the office Jan. 3, 2011.

For International orders please place your orders by the beginning of December in order to receive them before Dec.24.

Our order queue is long and our office is buzzing as we fill holiday orders, so please place your orders as soon as you can!

The holiday season is in full swing in our office and silver charms, silver pendants, clasps and earring findings are flying off our shelves. As we pull orders, our minds wander as we note the combination of different silver charms, and try to imagine the beautiful pieces of jewelry that they will become. Will this Buddha charm and lotus blossom become a yoga-themed wrap bracelet similar to the one featured in BeadStyle Magazine by Ute Bernsen? Or will it become a nature inspired necklace with the lotus blossom as a focal point? We are all busy working as efficiently as possible to get your items out to you as quickly as we can! It’s very hectic here and things are selling out, so please get your orders in as soon as you can. I hope everyone is having a busy and profitable holiday season!

With the holidays right around the corner, planning around holiday shipping schedules can be challenging. To help you meet this challenge, below you’ll find Nina Designs’ Holiday Shipping Schedule.

Have you started planning your holiday gift projects and only just realized that your beading supplies are running low? As the email order processor, I have been answering a lot of questions lately regarding how quickly we can get orders to designers who are preparing last minute for holiday craft fairs and boutiques. So if this sounds like you, don’t worry. You are not alone. Planning around holiday shipping schedules can be challenging. To help you meet this challenge, below you’ll find Nina Designs’ Holiday Shipping Schedule.

Monday is always our busiest day with each day slower than the previous as the week progresses. This means that a UPS Ground order placed on Sunday may not ship until Tuesday or even Wednesday. Mondays are usually spent processing expedited shipping orders placed during the weekend: UPS Overnight, then 2-Day, then 3-Day orders. After expedited orders have been processed, we move on to UPS Ground orders, starting with those placed on Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. Additionally, any expedited orders placed on Monday might be processed before we get to a UPS ground order placed on Sunday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please keep in mind that we are currently in the middle of our busy season. Though we are processing a high volume of orders everyday, we are not able to process all orders received everyday. Also keep in mind that UPS and USPS are also moving a lot more packages during holiday season, so UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail packages are taking longer than usual to be delivered – possibly up to 2 weeks after they leave our office. UPS technically has that amount of time to deliver Ground packages before they are considered late.
