What is the Designers Circle?

The Designers Circle is our customer loyalty program. It is our way of thanking you for every order you place with Nina Designs. Once your spending total reaches $10K, we will automatically enroll your account into the Designers Circle program.  We will send you an email sharing the good news and a special thank you gift will be included in your next order. 

Please contact our office to find out how close you are to the $10,000 threshold for entry into Designers Circle membership.  


What are the Benefits of being a Designers Circle Member?

We appreciate your support of Nina Designs and look forward to returning the favor with the following benefits:

  • Designers Circle Members may place orders below the $50 order minimum.
  • Priority processing on all orders shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
  • The option to be listed on our Retail Suppliers page to promote your business. Please contact us at for additional details.
  • An exclusive welcome gift. This is an exclusive style available only for members of the Designers Circle.
  • Exclusive access to our Pre-Order Program for upcoming new designs

Think of entry into the Designers Circle as open access to our stockroom. With no minimum purchases, you get the flexibility to order what you want, when you need it.


As a Designers Circle member what can I expect from Priority Order Processing?

With Priority Processing your orders rise to the top! Select USPS Priority mail or UPS as your shipping method and your orders will literally go to the top of our order processing queue. In fact, we do our very best to get them shipped out the same day they’re received.

  • Orders using Expedited UPS shipping (UPS Overnight, 2-day, 3-day) received by 12pm (Noon) Pacific Time will ship same day.
  • Orders using UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail received by 12pm (Noon) Pacific Time will be processed the same day and will most likely ship the same day. 

Due to overall order volumes, Designers Circle members do not receive priority order processing when using the USPS First Class Mail shipping option.

*Please Note: During Checkout you will get an alert that your order is under the minimum. Please disregard this notice and continue to place your order. 

NOTE: We will always do our best to get orders with Priority Processing out on same day, however, there may be rare instances this is not possible. For example, low staffing due to illness & tradeshows, natural disasters, holiday closures and higher than expected order volumes. We thank you in advance for your patience during the occasional instance we cannot get your order out the same day.

What is the Pre-Order Program? 

As a valued Designer Circle Member you get exclusive access to our newest styles! You can view all of our upcoming designs and Pre-Order them. Items will typically be available 4 to 8 weeks after they are introduced. Please note due to their handmade nature items may occasionally take longer. Pre-Orders require a $30 minimum per item. Any Pre Orders under $30 per item will be cancelled. 
When the Pre-Ordered item arrives in our office, we automatically ship the merchandise to you. You will not be charged for Pre Ordered items until they are available to ship. The same payment method that was on your original order will be used to complete the payment. Your Pre-Order will ship out complimentary via USPS 1st class mail. If you'd like to pay for a shipping upgrade please contact us and we'll flag your order
International Customers: 
We will contact you when your Pre-Order arrives to arrange shipping.
