FREE SHIPPING. How does it work?

FREE SHIPPING is valid in the USA only Not valid on international shipments. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive FREE SHIPPING. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice. If you choose FREE SHIPPING, your order will arrive within 10 - 14 days after it leaves our office. Delivery confirmation is available for all shipments. Call us at 1-800-336-6462 if your order has not arrived after 14 days. At that time we will launch an investigation that can take up to 5 days. Orders with FREE SHIPPING will ship USPS 1st Class Mail; however, we reserve the right to ship with UPS at our discretion. Orders with FREE SHIPPING will be processed after all orders with paid shipping options.

How soon will my order ship out after I submit it?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. Please note that our office is closed on the weekends and we do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

We process orders in the order they are received, with UPS expedited shipping methods receiving priority. For example, Overnight orders are processed first, then 2-Day orders, then 3-Day orders, then UPS Ground, US Priority Mail and International Express Mail. A UPS Ground order received at 10 am will be processed before a UPS Ground order received at 2 pm. A UPS 2-Day order received at 1 pm will be processed before all other UPS Ground orders.

We always try to ship orders on the same or next day as received. However, depending on how busy we are, this is not always possible. Expedited orders must be received before 2 pm Pacific time if they are to go out the same day. Very occasionally, we are unable to get expedited orders placed before 2 pm out the same day -please call to discuss if you absolutely need an order by a certain day.

What if my order is later than expected?

Depending on your shipping method, your order can take up to 14 days to reach you (from the time it leaves our office). Please review our shipping transit time chart at the top of this page.

We advise customers to request an email copy of their invoice when placing an order. Your invoice includes tracking information for your shipment. You can track your package and it’s expected delivery date.

If your order has not arrived after the timeline outlined above, please do the following:

-Track your package online to see it’s current status.
-If your tracking information says the package was delivered, it is possible your package has been delivered to a neighbor or your home without you knowing. Please check with any neighbors, doormen, roommates or house guests. It’s fairly common for a package to have been delivered and someone else signs for it.
-If the tracking information has not been updated or is unclear, please call our office at 1-800-336-6462. We are happy to file a claim with UPS or USPS and work to find a solution.

Can I use my own shipping account?

If you are located in the United States and have your own UPS account you may call us to arrange shipping.

If you are international and have your own UPS account, e-mail us at nina@ninadesigns.com to arrange shipping.

Is UPS shipping available everywhere?

We offer UPS shipping to customers in the continental United States, as well as to international customers.

Unfortunately, UPS is not available for customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Guam. Please select U.S. Priority Mail.

UPS will not deliver to a domestic PO Box. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please select USPS Priority mail shipping.

What are your Canadian Shipping Options?

We have several shipping options for our Canadian customers. You can select USPS Priority Mail to Canada for a flat rate of $20 and delivery between 6-10 days. Any additional duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.

You may also select the following:

International Express Mail for a flat rate of $40.00 and delivery between 3-7 days.
DHL International Express for $55.00 (additional remote area service fee of $30 may apply)
UPS International Express for $50.00 (additional remote area service fee of $30 may apply)
*Any additional duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that we do not refund any customs, import duties or taxes on returns or exchanges.

What are your International shipping options?

We offer several shipping options for International customers. You may choose UPS International Express, DHL International Express, USPS International Express Mail, or USPS International Priority Mail.

USPS Canada Priority Mail for a flat rate of $20.00

Please note that the shipping rates listed do not include any customs, import duties or taxes that could be incurred when the package reaches your destination country. Any additional duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund any customs, import duties or taxes on returns or exchanges.

Both UPS and DHL will charge an additional $30 when the delivery destination is remote. We will review your UPS or DHL shipping address and will apply the additional $30 to your order if applicable. Visit DHL or UPSto check an address for a Remote Area Service fee.

Due to the complicated nature of international shipping, we are not able to accommodate any shipping methods other that the above outlined options.

What if I make an error when entering my shipping address?

Please take care to correctly enter your shipping address. An incorrect address may delay your order as well as result in additional fees. You are responsible for any fees incurred to correct your shipping address. We will charge the fees to the same credit card used to place your order.
