I forgot my password. Can you reset it for me?

To reset your password, click on the “reset- your password link”.

 


 

I cannot log in – your site says that I already have an account with you?

How do I change my email address / user name?

When you are logged into our website, there will be a text link at the top right of the page that says “ Account”. Click on the “Account” link, and then within your account, click on the tab called User Preferences. You can update your email address (which is the same as your account login) and your account password.

 


 

How long will my cart remain before it clears?

The best way to ensure that items stay in your cart is to log into your account before you start shopping. That way, the cart is connected to your account and you should be able to view your cart the next time you log in, either on the current computer or on another computer. In this instance, items will stay in your cart for months.

If you are logged into your account, have a full cart, and then delete or clear your cookies, you will be automatically logged out of the website. However, when you log back in, your cart will still be there.

If you are not logged in and delete or clear your cookies, all items in the shopping cart will be lost.

If you put items in your cart and do not log in to your account, the items are only associated with that computer and not with your account. If someone deletes or clears cookies on that computer, all items in the cart will be lost. Note: some computers are set to automatically delete or clear cookies at the end of each day.

How do I view my order history?

You must be logged in to view your order history and account information. While logged in, click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of our website. This will take you to your account information.
